"Sweeps Coins" (SC) are the promotional virtual currency obtainable only for free and redeemable for prizes in accordance with applicable sweepstakes rules.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the McLuck platform, or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Sweepstakes Rules, and any additional terms applicable to specific features or promotions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years of age
  • You must be physically located in an eligible US state at the time of play
  • You must not be located in a restricted state — currently ID, KY, MI, MT, NV, WA, LA, DE, NJ, NY, OH, MD, WV, CT, CA, and TN

  • You may hold only one active McLuck account

We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements will be closed and any coin balances forfeited.

4. Account Registration

To access the McLuck platform you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your name, email address, date of birth, phone number, and state of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Only one account is permitted per person and per household. Creating or operating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any coin balances or pending prizes being forfeited without compensation.

5. Virtual Currencies

Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of value under any circumstances. They exist for entertainment purposes only and may be earned for free or purchased in optional packages. Sweeps Coins are a promotional virtual currency obtainable only for free — through the welcome bonus, daily login rewards, referral bonuses, social media giveaways, promo codes, or as a bonus alongside eligible GC purchases. SC cannot be purchased directly.

Sweeps Coins are redeemable for prizes once a minimum balance of 75 SC has been accumulated (or 10 SC for gift cards) and the 1x playthrough requirement has been met. Each SC redeems at a rate of 1 SC = $1 USD. All virtual currencies are non-transferable and have no value outside the McLuck platform.

6. Optional Coin Purchases

Players may optionally purchase Gold Coin packages to extend gameplay. All purchases are voluntary and final. Eligible GC packages include bonus Sweeps Coins as described in current package terms. No purchase is ever required to play or to win prizes through the McLuck sweepstakes model. Package contents, prices, and promotional values are subject to change at any time.

7. Sweepstakes Rules and Prize Redemption

McLuck operates under a promotional sweepstakes model compliant with US sweepstakes law. No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins or to participate in sweepstakes. Alternative means of entry are described in the full McLuck Sweepstakes Rules available at Mcluck-us-casino.com. Prize redemptions require completed identity verification (KYC) before processing. Minimum redemption: 75 SC for cash prizes (ACH bank transfer), 10 SC for digital gift cards. Cash redemption processing: 3–10 business days. Gift card delivery: within 24–48 hours. No fees are charged for purchases or redemptions.

8. The McLuck Loyalty Club

Players are automatically enrolled in the McLuck Loyalty Club upon registration at the Iron tier. Tier progression is based on Gold Coin gameplay volume and assessed monthly and annually. Benefits at each tier are as described on the McLuck Loyalty Club page and are subject to change. VIP Club access at Ruby tier and above is by invitation based on tier qualification. Status transfer from other qualifying platforms is available subject to verification — contact support for details.

9. Prohibited Conduct

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, jackpot mechanics, or promotional systems
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring account credentials or virtual currencies
  • Accessing the platform from a restricted state or using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all coin balances and pending redemptions, and prohibition from re-registering.

10. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
